Using MXRate as an IP4R Type  DNS Test

MXRate is available as a free, public DNS test. It is used in the same way other popular DNS test systems are used. Unlike other DNS tests, it can also be used to return results on addresses we recommend be treated as "Suspicious" as well as addresses we recommend be treated as "Good" senders. "Good senders" are senders that have demonstrated that they send a high percentage of legitimate email and may be worthy of consideration for different treatment.
